QA/QC Introduction

We have professional QC team to control quality of fabric and garments strictly as per customers' requirement following below steps:

Pre-production:
Arrange fabric swatch/ garment fit samples and accessories samples for clients' conformation and set up quality standard for each item as per customers' requirements.

In production:
We have several stations to check and control the quality including production process analysis, design & color reconfirmation, fabric quality inspection, and garments make up and measurement control. Send the samples to the clients on time for confirmation and feedback.

Finished fabrics and readymade garments:
Test dimensional stability, color fastness, physical tests by ourselves or ITS, SGS pointed by customers to offer test report.
Follow customer pointed fabric inspection standard to inspect all the finished fabrics and garments.
Packing as per the clients required.

Test Equipment and Facilities
